ABOUT HEALING WATERS MINISTRIES

ANGELIC VISITATION AND COMING OF THE ANOINTING..: At the age of 18, six months after my conversion, I was deeply desperate for the Lord. I had withdrawn myself, seeking the Lord with fasting and prayer at a solitary place all by myself. On the ninth day at midday, two men walked into the room, with the door still closed. One of these strange visitors, who appeared just like men, held an old scroll in his hand. Without saying a word, they hung the scroll on the wall. At the top of the scroll it was written in English,“ 1972”. But I could not read rest of the writing in the scroll. Instantly, the two angels vanished with the scroll. In 1972, four years afterwards, the scroll was brought back without hands. And this time I could read everything. It was the prophecy of Isaiah chapter 61.

THE COMMISSIONING..: I have tried in a nutshell in my simple uneducated way to explain how I was visited by two angels and how God made it known to me the anointing that He has bestowed on me. Now I will briefly mention how the Lord personally sent me forth and the scope of the mandate. It happened at night. I was then staying with my father in my native hometown of Teshie. I was lying on my hard wooden bed which had no mattress. Suddenly I found myself in the spirit I was standing in front of the biggest congregation I ever saw. It was a church made up of every denominational church. A pulpit was set before me with many copies of the Bible on it. Just then a majestic voice spoke out of heaven and said “Preach to them”. At that instance I began to look for my own copy of the Bible to preach from but could not find it till I began to sweat. At this point the Lord spoke again to me from heaven with powerful clear voice saying, “You see all these people, and they say they worship me, but they do not know me. While that man says that, this man says this. Will you go and preach to them and say, I said, Lo I am with you always even unto the end of the world! “, then the vision was over. With every fiber of my being, I said yes, Lord. I will go. This is what I am trying to do in my small way. I have been trying to carry out this mandate of God in my humble, uneducated way. But my greatest expectation is when the Lord will give me greater open door to fulfill the vision to the whole body of Christ, as it was shown to me by the Spirit.

HEALING WATERS MINISTRIES OUTLOOK..: In 1988 the T. S. Colley World Evangelism Ministries was incorporated in Ghana as a non-profit, charitable religious organization. This name was to be changed later to Healing Waters Ministries.

VISION..: To reach every group of people of the world, particularly Ghana and the United States of America, with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and make disciples, by making the Lord Jesus Christ real today through the dynamic gospel and anointing of the Holy Ghost.
